The coloured icons represent activities such as bookings, go-see's, auditions, holds etc. A simple drag
and drop of an icon to a diary prompts the creation of the event and a pop-up window for you to fill in
the details.
Schedule activities
Enter details of the event booking, select the artists, apply bulk or individual times / dates,
apply notes and add the associated financials for the job.
During the scheduling process, notify artists and add private notes.
Convert your AT2 briefs and pitches to bookings / holds or auditions
Seamlessly linked to your online At2 agency application, the AMS pulls in all your pitches and
briefs including all the artists you submitted, so you can easily convert those pitches and brief
submissions into auditions, holds or booking confirmations.
This saves you time and effort because you don't need to re-enter the information again. Obviously
you can also add NON-AT2 job briefs to the AMS but if you are using AT2 to pitch suggestions for any
of those jobs, it makes your life a lot easier.
Client management
The AT2 AMS manages your clients including their contact details, the finance department, your
activity with that client and more so that as you book talent, create invoices, run reports or any
other feature within the AMS your client information is there at your finger tips when you need it.
Financials
The AT2 AMS also manages your agency financial information, including artist responses, credit
notes, invoicing for jobs, artist pay slips and exporting of your financial data.
Customize your AMS
The AT2 AMS is designed to factor in all the unique details that make up how you operate within your
agency.
Set your rates, your commission, your PAYG and the PAYG responsibilities, your agency fee (if you
charge one).
Your maintenance area allows you to set your defaults, but of course on each job you can specify a
different rate or consideration.
Pricing
Pricing for the AMS is based on a per user/ per month rate and this rate decreases based on the
artists you have on AT2.
